In year 2006 Khwaja Tipu Sultan- the chairman of Shyamolima Food ltd decided to come in Hospitality sector directly and started the tourism company under the name of Excursion Bangladesh under his own proprietorship. As he found the lack of services in our mighty rivers, He declared the priority in building and operating river vessel for the tourist.

Excursion Cruise vessel Mayuree is the product of his own vision. Besides, he introduced a quality fleet of vehicle to provide the tourists a comfortable journey within the city and throughout the country.

Being an active member of Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh TOAB, Excursion Bangladesh used to operate most of the interesting and potential city tours for the foreign tourist since April 2006.
